When will my order be shipped?
Typically within 1 business day. Holidays and weather delays may delay shipment.
Where do you ship to?
Right now we ship just to the USA. We hope to ship to Europe soon.
If you live outside of the USA please email info@lorenzocorado.com. We can see what we can do, but no promises.
Can I change the delivery address?
Please email us ASAP, we will try our best. Info@lorenzocorado.com with your order #. If the items have already shipped, we can not.
Shipping Fees
We have FREE ground UPS shipping, which will arrive in 5-8 business days. We also offer 3-Day Air, at customers cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's status.
How do I make a return?

Do I have to pay to ship my return back?
Yes, we will send you a printable label after we accept your return. Once received at the warehouse, we will refund total amount -$9.25. Please review our return policy here.
Exchanges
Please email us, info@lorenzocorado.com. Need to do the same procedure as a return. When we get the item, we will ship out the new shirt/size and process the exchange.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or you experience any issues with delivery, please contact our support team at info@lorenzocorado.com for assistance. Please put your order # in the email.
Are there any other Tariffs, Duties or Taxes to be applied now that the De minimis rule is over?
